This position interacts with asset managers, hotel management, property owners and other constituents, providing timely and accurate response to inquiries and requests. The Regional Director of Finance articulates Company goals and demonstrates commitment to these goals through work ethic, integrity and respect for the Company and its associates. Ensures all finance and accounting operations are in alignment with the vision and direction of the Company, brand requirements, and local, state and national regulations. Provides direction to hotel Controllers and accounting staff in all areas pertaining to finance and asset protection. Works closely with Regional Directors of Operations and Regional Directors of Sales to provide seamless leadership support team to the properties. The Regional Director of Finance manages through the regional support structure to oversee financial activities of hotels within the assigned Region.
